We offer a variety of exploratory programs designed to help potential candidates learn more about management consulting, get to know Bain, and build connections with our local offices and affinity groups – all while navigating their early career journeys.
Learn from women leaders at a top firm
We welcome sophomore (second) year undergraduate students to join this program and hear from powerful women leaders in strategy consulting about how they’ve thrived at Bain, to get a feel for working as a consultant, and to build their business toolkit. Participants will also have the opportunity to learn more about our Women at Bain affinity group.
