WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Creative Services, part of Bain's global Operations organization, specializes in providing high-quality presentation design services to support our consulting teams and practices. Our designers seamlessly integrate design expertise, storytelling techniques, and data visualization skills to create presentations that deliver insights with clarity and impact.


WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
In this Coordinator role, you’ll partner closely with client teams and business leaders to deliver compelling, brand-aligned presentations. You’ll advise on layout and design strategy, ensuring every visual delivers its message with clarity, simplicity, and impact. You’ll also play a key role in reviewing and supporting the work of less experienced designers, contributing to overall team success.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Produce high-quality, fast-turnaround presentation materials that align with Bain and client brand standards

  • Collaborate with client teams and business partners to deliver timely, accurate visual content

  • Provide guidance on layout, design, and technical approaches to improve clarity and consistency

  • Apply deep expertise in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and data visualization to strengthen storytelling

  • Quality-check work from junior team members and support their development 

ABOUT YOU

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience in a fast-paced corporate environment

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

  • Fluent in written and spoken English

  • Deep understanding of design principles and techniques

  • Sharp attention to detail, caring for every aspect of the design process

  • Strong time management skills—can estimate, plan, and prioritize effectively
